How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status from your account.

How long do your soy candles burn?
Between 40 and 60 hours depending on size. Let the first burn reach the edges of the vessel and trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use.
Are your incense sticks natural?
Yes. They are hand-rolled from natural woods, resins and botanical extracts. Always burn incense in a holder, in a ventilated room.
Why does my ceramic piece look slightly different from the photo?
Each piece is glazed by hand, so small variations in colour and texture are expected and make every piece unique.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry! Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery through our contact page and we will send a replacement.
