Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, lit candles and opened incense cannot be returned.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
